Acknowledgement of Commitment to the club

  1. 1. All members are expected to obey all club rules, including all specific range rules.
  2. 2. All members are expected to be courteous and respectful of other club members.
  3. 3. As a Member of the BPC, you will be required to be rostered on duty for 1 to 2 duty shifts (on Saturdays) per year.
    As the "Duty Person" you will be required to:
    • - Assist with some general cleaning (and/or basic maintenance)
    • - Welcome visitors to the club - ensure that they sign in etc
  4. 4. Attend working bees (usually on the 5th Saturday of the months). There may be 3 to 4 per year of which you would be expected to assist with at least 2 or 3.
  5. 5. Make yourself available to volunteer to help out on Competition Weekends, (Saturday and/or Sunday) your choice.  It is a great social weekend where you can meet more fellow shooters.
  6. 6. Upon joining the Ballarat Pistol Club your membership will be subject to an initial six (6) month probationary period.
